I think it's stupid to even worry about considering children have more access to anything dangerous over the internet and they're usually more sophisticated than their parents when it comes to using incognito browsers/VPNs/deleting their history. I think stupid parents freak out because it allows them a proxy to fight their lack of control over what their children consume.

The concept of not giving your 3rd grader their own iPad doesn't even cross the redditor mind.

Nor the concept that today's parents weren't born in 1958 and might actually know how computers work.
